in front of 100s of community members!

Planning has begun for Health Trip 2026. For over 30 years Health Trip has been promoting healthier lifestyles for Sauk Prairie area residents. Each year between 150-200 community members participate in Health Trip and each year we work to attract more and more community members to participate.  Will you be a part of making Health Trip 2026 the best yet?

• Joining Our Health Trip Planning Team

• Providing a financial contribution

• Contributing prizes (gift certificates or goods)

• Contributing a coupon or voucher for the Health Trip participant packets

• Offering a a free exercise, wellness or educational opportunity for participants

• Covering your employees' Health Trip participation fees ($10/per person) 

Health Trip 2026 is 12 weeks (January 26 - April 19).
We would need sponsorship secured by December 31.
Coupons or other promotional materials are due by January 19.
