Led by a qualified sewing instructor from Youth Enrichment League, participants will learn to design, measure, cut, sew, modify and make their very own sewing projects. No experience necessary. Students will learn hand-sewing and machine-sewing techniques during this summer day camp. The final meeting date will offer students the opportunity to showcase what they have made in class.

Our goal is to ensure all students participate, all students learn about sewing, and ideally all students enjoy sewing so much they start making their own sewing projects outside of class.

New and returning students invited! Learn to play this fast-paced, inclusive (everyone participates) Olympic Sport with YEL’s Teach It, Practice It, Play It® approach. Participants will learn fencing skills each class and practice those skills in kid-friendly fencing games. Participants will be encouraged to use those skills in fencing bouts (matches). All equipment provided.

Get ready to flex some robot muscle! We’ll build a robot to compete in a tug-o-war competition, a truck pull, and haul heavy loads. Students use these robots to learn basic computer coding and engineering principles. Sign up today and FLEX! Class is taught by a Youth Enrichment League Instructor. All supplies provided.
