Health Trip 2026

For over 30 years Health Trip has been promoting healthier lifestyles in Sauk Prairie. Health Trip is a community-wide wellness opportunity designed to encourage people to improve their overall health by rewarding exercise, nutrition, and wellness activities.

Every year between 150-200 community members join Health Trip to set and achieve weekly wellness goals promoting personal health and well-being. Through Health Trip participants gain exclusive local business discounts, earn door prizes to celebrate milestones, and are recognized with a completion prize for finishing their journey.

Throughout this community event, our Health Trip team provides participants with guidance and encouragement to develop healthier habits in fitness, self-care, and nutrition—and help them turn those habits into lasting lifestyle changes.

Monday, January 26 - Sunday, April 19

Health Trip will begin officially on January 26. Registration for Health Trip 2025 be open through January 19.

How Health Trip Works

Health Trip participants pay a $10 fee to register for the program. Upon the start of the program, participants will receive a packet full of free and discounted items from local businesses to help them on their Health Trip journey. Throughout the 12 weeks of the program, participants can also qualify for additional prizes if goals are met. At the end of Health Trip, everyone who qualifies for a final prize will receive one and all qualifying teams will be entered in the drawing for our Grand Prize winners!
